House of Barni strives to deliver your order safely and promptly, ensuring that every product reaches you in pristine condition. We process and ship orders within 3 working days of receipt. Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

To guarantee a secure delivery experience, we use premium packaging and ship through trusted courier partners across India.

Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver to all metros and major cities in India.

• Orders are typically delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

• Delivery will only be made to the address provided at the time of order placement.

• To maintain high service standards, we do not accept orders for PIN codes not covered by our delivery partners.

 

Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition, please follow these steps:

1. Refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery personnel.

2. Immediately contact our customer support at houseofbarni@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID.

3. We will ensure a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

At House of Barni, we take immense pride in our quality and hygiene standards. As our products are consumable, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened. However, if you find any issue with the product upon delivery:

• Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the package at houseofbarni@gmail.com with photographic evidence.

• If the claim is verified, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, based on the situation.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
